Hello, do you want to hide the entire top menu or the text "setup menus in admin panel". you can set a menu for top menu from wp-admin >> appearance >> menus >> create a menu >> check for top menu and save. refer: https://share.getcloudapp.com/7Kuyz4bD if you want to hide then i can share a code to hide this.
