Touch point emails

1) I have configured the touch point settings. Attached is the screenshot. 2) I have selected Enable HTML emails in wplms under email setting 3) I have installed sendgrid plugin for wordpress and configured it. Able to send test mails from it. Now, when a student takes any action that is listed in touch points, he/she is getting notifications but not emails. But the user is able to get account activation mail and forget password mail. I am having the latest version of wplms. Can you please tell me what could be the possible reason of not getting emails? If you want, I can share admin credentials in private post. Unable to replicate the issue at my test setup on which i am using wp mail smtp plugin. Please check to student: http://prntscr.com/bwfu3k to instrcutor : http://prntscr.com/bwfue0 Can you please check if the message notification emails are sending out or not from your system? To enable message notification emails please goto your profile -> settings -> email . refer : http://prnt.sc/bwfv75 And in touch points settings : http://prntscr.com/bwfv8q then start a course and check if any email is received to you. also check if the valid email is provided in your profile =>settings -> general ->  Account Email.

I just installed wp mail smtp plugin as well but still same issue is there. The test mail is going fine from the wp -mail smtp. But it is not working for any of the touch points. Yes, I am getting notification but not emails. All the settings seem to be fine. Be it touch points setting from admin side or email settings from student side. Do you want me to provide you credentials to check once what is wrong??

Hi, Please let me know what the issue is. The test mails are going through fine from wp-mail smtp plugin as well as through sendgrid plugin. Here are the admin credentials:- username:- admin pw:- <RestoKitch> Thanks in advance.

Okay i checked your site and found that your theme is updated But the plugins were not . Can you please update plugins (buddypress also ) to the latest  and again check the issue again. Note : take backup before updating all the plugins and update all the plugins altogether from updates screen .
