February 21, 2017 at 1:44 pm #96728asharamseerviParticipantHello, Mr. Vibe. Thanks for quiz customization support. Now, I have another tragedy, Kindly support. Query is: Questions as per quiz should be in Hindi for Non-English native students. I don't want to translate complete website into Hindi while questions for Hindi medium students will remains in Hindi. I have two choices for that, please suggest best with WPLMS(If both possible, suggest me both resolutions.) 1. I'll make two courses, one for Hindi Medium & another is for English. 2. Or I have to create one course, but should be an option there to switch it either in Hindi or English. Another one is, How to add Hindi(Devnagri fonts), as per above said I need it only for questions or for description(curriculum) only. As per WPLMS tutorials, adding either custom or google fonts, videos are for complete website, and have to set tags at WordPress customizer. As per our situations, none of above match. Please guide me.February 22, 2017 at 12:50 pm #96898Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]Participanthttps://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/wplms-with-wpml-multilingual-plugin/ Follow this guide. You have to create one course, there will be an option to switch between either in Hindi or English.February 25, 2017 at 5:04 am #97404asharamseerviParticipantHey, Skywalker. I just want to show Hindi or English questions to my fellow students. Not complete details, curricular or nothing else. Just only questions. 1. Still I need Buddypress multi-lingual? 2. Is this plugin or this "WPML WPLMS Integration" Plugin as shown in video is same or different. 3. WPML CMS Nav, WPLMS Multilingual CMS as also activated in the video shared. Where to download those as well. Please share useful content, keeping performance in mind, already website loading slow even on well configured vps.February 25, 2017 at 1:28 pm #97529Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]ParticipantSetup wpml plugin. Then using wpml plugin, you need to create both the hindi and english version of the questions. Then You need to duplicate the quiz using the WPML plugin. So whenever the user will select the language ie hindi or english Only that particular language's quiz will be shown to him.February 27, 2017 at 10:09 am #97737asharamseerviParticipant** IMPORTANT + URGENT Query: Help me fast with this, Please. I had seen video already before asking my doubt, you didn't noticed title of this topic. Already mentioned as "Translate only Quiz Questions". Even repeating question mentioned as well, "I just want to show Hindi or English questions to my fellow students. Not complete details, curricular or nothing else. Just only questions." I understand via this knowledge-base demo that I have to create another Hindi Course, have to duplicate English-Hindi. I have purchased WPML plugin as well. Had trial demo as above KB mentioned, everything Fine. But, I don't want to confuse students. Just straigh forward, I only want to transcript Only QUESTIONS of that Quiz to Hindi-English. Only, At the time of going for Questions, can choose from English Hindi.February 27, 2017 at 11:00 am #97753MrVibeKeymasterOk, Thanks for explaining. I am not sure if I udnerstand correctly but based on my understanding below, I do not think it is possible in the current framework. If you're using WPML then it connects the two posts (English version of the question) and (Hindi version of the question). It is valid for all the posts, quizzes, courses, questions etc.. I want to know the user flow what you're expecting from us. For example : a Quiz A is in English and a Quiz B is in Hindi. b. User starts the quiz A. c. User sees the question C. d. Now in this view do you want us to add a option to translate the question C to hindi which is question D ? -- The user can switch between Quiz A and Quiz B from the switch in the header. But since the questions are loaded inside the quiz, there is no switch available for them. Also note that the answers for the marked questions are tracked based on the quesiton "ID", since Hindi quesiton ID is different from English question ID, the quiz results would not be able to account for hindi "or" english question. My suggestion would be to create the quiz in two versions "English" and "Hindi". Apart from this the best possible switch can be added in the question content ("not options"), so the user will be able to read the question in english and hindi, but since other parts of the questions can not be translated, I do not think it fits the purpose.February 27, 2017 at 11:25 am #97760asharamseerviParticipantI agree with you, wants to thankyou. Is this possible to create 2 quizes, one in English & another in Hindi. While instructions, user can choose anyone of them, If selected English(default) than quiz will put questions only in english, similarly another one choosed Hindi, questions from Hindi Quiz will be served. This can achieve through WPML as I video also suggest. But, just not to cover whole course. That's the concern. One minute I'm uploading a video screenshot from https://gradeup.co/ systems. While they are using Node.js, Express Frameworks. But, functionality can be achieved for best user experience. Can we try for this? (I'm updating video link in another post at this topic.)February 27, 2017 at 11:41 am #97766asharamseerviParticipantThis is the video here: https://youtu.be/1OX3XmHDGRQ That's all I expecting from WPLMS. I know platform dependencies, featurization development and much more involved in this. Not everything is possible from everyone. But, Quite similar, easy UX for my fellow Indians. I'm really interested to gift my fellow mates, who invest tons of money at coachings & various online platforms as well. I want to give most of the courses for FREE. WPLMS is my best choice. Expecting a better support from you guys. :) Loved your dedications.February 27, 2017 at 12:03 pm #97770MrVibeKeymasterOk, I understand the issue now. Question : Is your courses auto-evaluated ? If no then there is no issue, but if they are then you want the course to pick up the quiz results from Hindi quiz "or" the English quiz. --- Thanks for this amazing video, it explains a lot of details and inspiration. But this is only about the quiz, there is no course involved here. If this is only for quizzes, then it is definitely possible.February 27, 2017 at 12:11 pm #97774asharamseerviParticipantYes, Course is auto-evaluate mode, most of the questions is in Multiple choice. We currently not looking for essay types and other question types. Yaah, somewhere might be Multiple correct answer, (but for this, very low priority). I'm not using WPLMS for teaching, whereas my all queries will be related to quiz & questions. We just wants that student involved in course, evaluate their practice for their main exam. -- Waiting for more details, you're about to submit. Thanks a lot. :)February 27, 2017 at 12:32 pm #97784asharamseerviParticipantPlease share with me, How to achieve it with quiz. **Thanks for this amazing video, it explains a lot of details and inspiration. But this is only about the quiz, there is no course involved here. If this is only for quizzes, then it is definitely possible. This is just I want to hear from you. If you can share some solutions, please do and if there are suggestions, please share it.
