Translation file front end profile page

Hi Team, I need to make some translation modification on the front end of the profile page but i didn't not find the good file. I already find the file to make correction on the wplms theme but not on the profile page. Where i could find thie .po file ?

This may be coming from wplms theme ,vibe customtypes or vibe course module plugin . Please check the above plugin or theme translation files for the text .
