hi @samah
it's my bad
your continuously post on the topic moved the topic from our pending list
checking this...
hi,
i have checked this o your site ad as you ca see that you all files are in author not in system you have to save the in system files which helps your translation remain in the same situation and never lose.
your site language is french
but in the translation, it is not translated at all!
http://prntscr.com/to7elj
http://prntscr.com/to7ena
http://prntscr.com/to7euj
may i know in which language you are translating?
because if you are translating in any other language then you have to copy it as system file
i am sharing the steps to perform this:
1- goto wp-admin > loco translate > theme/plugin > theme name / plugin name.2- Copy author file to system file.3- the author stands for local file and the system stands for the global file.4- once your done copying. from now you have to translate a string in global (system) file. These steps should be followed for all plugins and themes in which you are making any changes.
if you have any kind of confusion the please at least once refer this tip and perform the step one by one:
https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translate-using-loco-translate-plugin/
this is the complete guide
video for the same:

and also make sure with all the steps you should have the updated pot file
