    I don't see the Chat option under Appearance->Customize for editing colors, etc for the Live Chat as seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/user/VibeThemes/videos . Please advise. Screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/nHb0npzz2

    Yes that is correct. Also, change the icon and fonts if possible?

    @nikk123 The background color can be changed from customizer. If still, you are unable to change the background color of the chat window. Then you have to update the version of wplms chat
