Unintended free course, free access (when it should not be)

Hi- some students are saying that they have free access to our paid courses after registering, but not paying. Our courses are intended to be viewed only after payment. We use batches. How can we make sure that no one can view our courses unless they have paid for that specific course (title, starting date)? Thanks!

If you are adding all the courses to a specific batch then all the students enrolled in that batch will be able to access the course. So make sure you do not add all the courses in the same batch. You should create different batches for different courses.
