Unit Content disappears when embed a video

Hi. Some course authors are complaining because their units stop working when they add a video content (we only tried embed code from vimeo). All their written content disappears and lose their job. ¿Any idea? Thank you!

Yes this is found to be an issue with the embed code , the editor fails to show embed code there and displays nothing even though the content is there .

So what could we do? my teachers need this feature, is essential. Any way to avoid this?

Well for the videos please use the video unit type and use the embed option in it : http://somup.com/cYlU2L2Mk1

I don't use this front-end because didn't work on my version. I need the html embed option, any other idea? thanks & happy new year

Well then that option currently available only from backend unit edit page . . also after embeding video please select the type of unit to be "video" : https://prnt.sc/wgsl3z
