the account is in Pending
for this you can enable the register and login simultaneously
in registration form setting
Go to Users
Click Manage Signups
Click Pending (only one is listed).
Click on the username.
only name and email is listed.

then this is totally a BuddyPress part and by-default
we can't make any changes here
this is provided by the BuddyPress itself
the field was showing fine till i updated to v4
that will show if you added the same in buddypress registration form
it will not work with custom registration form
and also
when you click on extended profile view then you will all fields there
OK, Thank You, here are few issues as I build the templates:
1- Widget Errors, when you go to appearance, widget, you see a lot of errors in red on top (need to wait a few seconds for them to load), how can we fix this.
2- Because of the errors, dashboard widgets that I made for students, instructors will not load.
3- admin login.
Ween I login with the v4 login page, i get the dashboard, with no way to access the admin dashboard. I need to login using: .wp/admin, then get the old v3 login form. Then it will work and I can access the dashboard.
4- Instructor Registration form.

5- What is the right visibility setting, Everyone or Members only.
