upload zip with scorm package not working

Hi , In my website upload zip with scorm package not working and process hang after upload. Is there any special setting need to do when we have S3 implemented. This issue occur when we implement S3 upload. Please suggest. Thanks,

Well there are no conflicts with s3 with scorm package . Please make sure that ziparchive library or entension is enabled in your server php configuration .contact webhost on this one.   If library or extension is enabled and still facing the issue then please share your site url and admin credentials in private reply to check this out .

its working fine at our end . this must be some other third party plugin conflict . refer : https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFhVIPbqqW  did you tried deactivating all your third party plugins at once .Also add fresh new wplms s3 plugin .

Alex we are using our own S3 plug-in so that mean we need to purchase your WPLMS-S3 plug-in.

Ohh can you please send me your php error log to check exactly where the issue is appearing .
