November 6, 2015 at 10:09 am #7322YonimnParticipantHi, The Iframe is not there when I close the popup. Still gettin the message: "please upload a zip package with index.html file"... This didnt happen before the update, I have many storyline2 units to upload, would much appreciate your help with this issue. ThanksNovember 6, 2015 at 7:49 pm #7465directorliveParticipantHaving the same issue. I have tried publishing the storyline package with both Web and LMS. When publishing LMS using "statements" as keyword. Tried modifying story.html to index.html since that is the error I continue to receive. Nothing is working and WPLMS is not allowing me to upload the Storyline zip files.November 9, 2015 at 8:15 am #7706YonimnParticipantHi, Can we get a response Please? ThanksNovember 10, 2015 at 8:15 am #7942MrVibeKeymasterCan you share the articulate storyline .zip file. We can test it on our test servers. story.html should be recognized by the script, basically the script searches for any .html file to embed in the iframe, when it is unable to find it it reports the error. Can you please check the structure of the .zip, unzip the zip package, and make sure the index.html/sorty.html resides inside the package not inside another folder.November 11, 2015 at 2:31 pm #8204YonimnParticipantHi Mr.Vibe I've done some testing and it's realy wierd.. The storyline package obviesly contains the story.html file. I tried uploading a new storyline zip with only 1 slide with 1 object on it and it uploaded successfuly. I then imported my slides to the same file, published it again and tried to upload it and got the same error again. Is there a possibility that the problem the size of the file? I tried 15Mb and 60Mb packages and the only file I could upload was the test one that was 800K. Take into consideration that in the near past I've uploaded successfuly many storyline projects which where minimum of 15MB. Is there a way I can send you the zip? here I can only upload 512K and my smallest storyline project is 15MB. ThanksNovember 13, 2015 at 1:03 pm #8475MrVibeKeymasterShare any sample which does not work for you. You can share via dropbox or google drive or http://screencast.com/ or http://www.zipshare.com/November 15, 2015 at 7:48 pm #8761YonimnParticipantHi Mr.Vibe Hope you enjoyed your holiday :-) I'm adding an example file of my storyline2 project. https://www.dropbox.com/s/shs6ns71endos64/Unit%209new.zip?dl=0 Important: I have noticed that I cant upload a package larger than 2MB. Is there some upload restriction somewhere in the PHP maybe? Thank JonathanNovember 16, 2015 at 1:28 pm #8910Anshuman SahuKeymasterPlease check we could not found any such issue with your project . http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/coXDIOhb6B To increase upload max file size please contact your webhost . refer : http://vibethemes.com/envato/wplms/documentation/quick-installation-guide.html#setup-issuesNovember 18, 2015 at 5:01 pm #9395YonimnParticipantOk, I will contact my webhost.
