I am logged in in this support forum though i can not open my ticket. I can setup issue but can not read previous tickets. it shows "<span style="color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;">Replies only viewable for logged in users" for my tickets.</span>

These are the replies in which user did not wanted to show in public . These replies shows this text : "  Replies only viewable for logged in users" for my tickets. " . If you could not find any answer to your issue then please create a topic for that in relavant forums.

No sir its not like that. I have asked any question and when you reply i can not see that reply. Just try i am sending my credentials and tickets   Credentials User: priyakantshah142 password: pkpkshah   see this ticket: link i could not see this ticket ans though its created by me. And many time it happens, when i am logged in still it does not show. but still i can setup ticket.
