User badges not showing on My Profile page

Greetings, this time I have this issue. User Badges are not showing in "My Profile" page, can't figure out why. These are the admin credentials I've created for you:

You need to try this: badges and certificates are earned by students only when they earn a score in the course Edit Course > Enable batch > set the %age which should be greater than 0 Then enroll yourself in the course. When you will score the %age equivalent to the set %age to earn badge You will receive badge in Achievements Tab

Greetings, thanks for answering. But we already have set the badge percentage... And when I get my course certificate I get a badge icon too. but isn't showing on my profile page. please enter with the user I proved you, then enter to ... Experiencias Deportivas and complete any course in this category. you will see there will appear a badge when you finish the course, but no showing on Mi Perfil section. hi means this section is not available to you! http://prntscr.com/12u2q3j if yes then in customize>>layout>>profile layout select blank layout then v4 profile template will be applied
