January 19, 2022 at 9:35 pm #378200tutor07ParticipantHi Team, I'm running a very basic WPLMS integration – courses and members only, no forums, conferencing/social login with Firebase etc. All was running fine the past couple of years until last week, when users now seem to be met with a "Page can't be found" error as they login. All plugins are up to date and I have been through documentation, videos and the support forums but I can not identify the root source of the issue. I'm happy to share an admin and dummy user logon. Can you please help me out? Thank you, TJanuary 20, 2022 at 12:24 pm #378257VeronicaModeratorhi yes please share all the details with us so we can check this on your site also share the video of the issue so it will helps to replicate the issueJanuary 24, 2022 at 6:37 pm #378626tutor07ParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.January 25, 2022 at 2:50 pm #378690VeronicaModeratorworking on your siteJanuary 25, 2022 at 2:56 pm #378694VeronicaModeratorThis reply has been marked as private.January 30, 2022 at 10:53 pm #378990tutor07ParticipantWonderful, thank you Veronica. I've been through the materials with the Buddypress One Page setup and I do have a related question (the documentation could be a little more comprehensive on this particular component IMHO). How do I get my homepage login area to start talking to the singlepage Buddypress login dashboard? Here is a screenshot to show you exactly what I mean and where I am stuck. Right now it seems my main menu login is stuck in the old multi-page format, and my Single Page dashboard is essentially disconnected from the rest of the site, if this makes sense? I will post a private reply with a screengrab to illustrate what I am referring to.January 30, 2022 at 10:54 pm #378991tutor07ParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.January 31, 2022 at 9:04 am #379001tutor07ParticipantA fast follow, Veronica. I think I'm struggling implementing the new login mechanics as there's a sea of new and legacy settings across multiple locations within the WP admin UI – from LMS, to WPLMS, Appearance and Vibe BP, all with similar labelling, with very specific settings needing to apply across each. If I was building the site tomorrow I could easily import your demos and start clean, but I am migrating from an older version of WPLMS and I what I'd essentially like to replicate is a main menu functionality as observed in your "Demo 6" https://demos.wplms.io/demos/demo6/ – can you help me get there?January 31, 2022 at 1:13 pm #379032VeronicaModeratorthanks for pointing this working on your siteJanuary 31, 2022 at 1:50 pm #379038VeronicaModeratorThis reply has been marked as private.February 1, 2022 at 11:16 am #379102tutor07ParticipantThanks again, Veronica. I am now extremely close too where I need it to be. One last issue, which I have seen in the forums but did not see a clear/consistent response. Tl;dr when not logged in, I am experiencing the VibeBP "..." (a.k.a three dots) where I would want/expect the text "LOGIN" to be. https://uptomyeyes.com/#login Do you have any ideas how I can ensure the "LOGIN" text is in place, rather than the three dots?February 2, 2022 at 10:00 am #379163VeronicaModeratorhi this is not an issue it's just that it waits for the response of the Call once it gets the response if the user is logged in or not and shows the username/LOGIN text/... accordingly
