    Please do not add these menus as a main menu. Add these menu items as a profile menu and as a logged in menu https://docs.wplms.io/administrator-guide/step-by-step-guide-for-administrators/menus#profile-menu

    Brute force attack protection disabled for Jetpack. Let me know if it will fix the issue or else I need to disable the Jetpack plugin.

    Did you checked it by adding it as loggedin menu? Please check that way if it is working or not

    Common. Why end user is going to click and that side menu. It needs to be visible in the main menu. At first no one knows it is available in that drop down under profile. It is very simple "https://zerotutorial.com/members-directory/msanghvi/course/" this works why not this URL is working "https://zerotutorial.com/members-directory/msanghvi/dashboard/". I added both the same way from Buddy Press Member. Simple you can't expect everyone to be smart. We need to also think about dumb ones.

    Because the dashboard endpoint has been removed and is no longer valid . Instead of dashboard you should only use "https://zerotutorial.com/members-directory/msanghvi/"
