vibe carousel not loading / working

Hi I am using the latest version op wplms 4.08 and its plugins, running on wp 5.5. It appears that the vibe carousel is not working anymore. It just doenst load any content. Could you take a look at this? I am trying to use it inside elementor (running latest build 3.0.5).

means there is an issue
