Where can I translate normal Topic? Not in Vibe Helpdesk plugin

What is the difference between Normal topic, Sticky Topic and Super Sticky Topic?

Yes these options actually not working in the app panel we have to implement these . 

Basically sticky topic shows at the top of the forum and super sticky is same but have higher priority but its not working right now.

It doesn't make much sense for the sticky topic and super sticky types of forums to appear if they don't work in the app.
How can I then hide those 2 options and leave only the one that works?

we can hide that field using custom css : 

Please try adding this custom css in your wp-admin-> appearance-> customize -> custom css :

.vibebp_new_topic .vibebp_new_forum div:nth-child(3){ display:none; }

This code doesnt hide super sticky type when I want to create a new forum
