Hi, I created a meeting for BBB, when i click manage meeting, i can see the meeting is there but when i click, it just show a blank screen.
Is there any other setup we need to do.
You must be getting some error in the console so it shows blank.
If any error related to BBB thus share it with us also.
Also, make sure the required BigBlueButton plugin is active at your site.
Also, we need a recorded video of steps how you are getting an error on meeting click. The issue is strange which does not occur before when we create and edit meetings.
We need to check the console and network response for bbb.Please share your working admin credential and site URL with us.

this is what i have done. but when you click on the meeting, aren't you suppose to be in BBB or Zoom. The icon keep spinning like what you show in your video.

It will be more specific if you share a video where you exactly getting the issue.
Note:: If you are creating a meeting make sure you have added the meeting details.
there is nothing there when i click, it is just a blank screen, it should open the zoom/ or BBB meeting.

1- My meetings section is for which meeting
users have access.
2- Manage meeting section is for which is

i have retested and now zoom is working. I think i know what is the problem with BBB. When i create a meeting, it does not show in the My Meeting tab only in the Manage Meeting tab. Can you check on this

My meetings are for the user who has meeting access
through sharing
You can check to share with
another user then login with that user and you will find that meeting in the My meetings section.
