Have WPLMS installed and have a problem with PW reset.
When selecting PW reset as a Student, link is sent via E-mail and link works OK.
However, when entering PW it notes 'Invalid Key Match'.
The only way to clear this is to to clear the WP cache using the WP Admin panel - clearly this is not an option for students.
I have spoken to the Hosting company EasyWP and they cannot remove or limit the cache as ultimately their Global settings will override this.
Any workaround?

Well there is a key and action parameter in the url to match the user for which the password is being reset .
We have to check this at your end ,please share your site url and admin creds in private reply .

did you check my screensht : https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c3nZouVbkfE
Please just simply disable your all third party plugins at once and you will see it working specially the security or captcha related plugins .
You can check by disabling them all at once and then enable one by one and check which one is culprit

Hi,
I migrated to Namecheaps Shared Hosting Service and this has solved the problem with the caching on the PW reset.
I was using Namecheap's Easy Wordpress Managed Hosting and the server was set to cache Globally which they could not remove or limit as an exception.
Thought I'd let you know incase other future users experience the same issues.
Regards.
Hi thanks for sharing this , would help much for other users and us as well.
