video vibe generate token erro

Please, I'm testing the add on video vibe. I followed all the steps of the tutorial, but I still have a problem. When I click on generate token it gives an error message. What can I be doing wrong? Thank you

okay Please check if the app that you created has : its upload access has been approved by vimeo . also check if you have pro or plus vimeo account . vimeo has removed uploading using vimeo api for free account users .   If above all are fullfilled and still facing the issue in generating token then please share your , site url , admin credentials , vimeo account credentials. In private reply .
