Video vibe – Video upload starts but does not finish.

Hi. Thank you for making videovibe - such a great add on. I really like this add on to Integrates wplms with Vimeo . I have "vimeo pro" account and successfully linked with video vibe. But problem is when upload a video Video upload starts but does not finish. Hi. Alex. Yes. I checked but Only smallest videos were uploaded. (success.MOV 79.3 MB (83,227,288 bytes) & Chopin, Nocturne Op 9 No2 in E flat Major Violinist Joo Young Oh.mp4 (27.1 MB (28,463,504 bytes))) I can't upload video by videovibe. after going to 82 % video uploading will stop. 1. When I try to upload "1.avi 58.8 MB (61,731,128 bytes)" , the progress bar staus remains 82% same after an hour

2.(videomp4.mp4 180 MB (189,474,387 bytes)) This time, I tried to convert the same file to mp4, but it is in the same state 3.try to upload small one ("2.avi" 5.03 MB (5,277,498 bytes).) But could not finish 4 Another problem is that the upload ends (small video) , but the file does not exist in Vimeo Chopin, Nocturne Op 9 No2 in E flat Major Violinist Joo Young Oh.mp4 (27.1 MB (28,463,504 bytes)) 5.WP Max Upload Size: 1000 MB changed but not resolved. Yes I replicated the issue .Well there is some php error appearing when video is uploading to vimeo server .   But to find the reason behind it I would need your valid ftp credentials in private reply . Please also share your server php error log as well to check the issue further .

Im sorry I cannot use the wp file manager . During debugging we need to modify the code a bit and sometimes it leads to fatal error on site which crashed the site and once this error appears wp file manager wont be able to do anything and whole site will show fatal error , that is why ftps are best for php debugging remotely . error log file path : : /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/php-errors.log please share the ftps to debug this issue further .

HI again we connected to the ftps but was not able to edit the files .got same permissions denied error . Well actually its not safe to change the permission to 777,i wont recommend it ,there are chances of your website getting hacked  ,can you please enable the permissions to edit and upload the files to server via ftp somehow
