Video working on Apple Devices but not on android

Hello, I recently tested my videos on mobile platform and I realized that videos were only running on apple devices and not on android devices. I tried installing jwplayer, it got integrated easily but the issue remained the same, video worked on apple and not android.   However, this time apple didn't play the video in browser but passed it to Quick Time player and played it, while Android struggled to even open it.   You can check our website at www.skillofy.com To test the jwplayer, visit this video link https://www.skillofy.com/unit/anyone-can-be-an-entrepreneur/   Please help us asap as the entire concept of ours will be defeated if we cannot play video on mobile devices.

We just use the bootstrap grid and we do not use any different scripts on mobile or any other device . As the player appears and it is also appearing responsive and i could see the play button as well , The only problem is that it end s up on the "error loading media.File could not be plyaed" error . Please try contacting the jwplayer support or author for this issue .

Try this video on an android mobile and tell me if it works. https://www.skillofy.com/unit/lecture7-why-today-is-the-perfect-day-to-start-selling-with-online-video/?id=8741 This video doesn't use Jwplayer or any other player, it uses the same HTML5 video tag to play the video with bootstrap grid which you coded by default. No change has been made. I would like to know, why does it occur that a video which plays on Desktop and Iphone doesn't play on an Android Mobile Handset. Is it that Android doesn't support HTML5 and only Apple does. I have also attached a sceenshot which shows how it looks on an android phone.

Okay we checked the link and found the video not to be working  . Please try uploading the video in your wordpress media library again and add it using the add media button of the wp-editor  . Please check on our demo site  .It loading fine in the android device also  . http://vibethemes.com/envato/wplms/skins/default/unit/platform-development-environment/?id=1250 ALso check if this is an issue from your hosting provider or you have enabled some mod security or installed a third party security plugin in your site  . If any please try deactivating it  .

Sorry for such a late reply, but the issue is still relevant. I am sending you a new link check it now. I just checked this video, it was working on Iphone but not on Android, believe me, we don't have any third party app or mod security for phones etc. We are using mp4 video formats to play the video in browser, which format are you using, let us know? Please provide some concrete solution to it, if the video doesn't play at once, try signing up and then see, though I am sure it will work at instant.
