Hi I m using S3 plugin to add videos in my site from S3 storage videos are working fine on desktop but when I try to access the videos on mobile or desktop it's not working

The videos are working fine just that there is no-preview image available so it appears as blank space. We may need to add a poster image feature as the videos in iOS there is no preview generated in the media elements.

How could I add poster image in the GitHub its show that I have to use angular JS please solve this issue when you are developing such plugin you should take care of this kind of issue because now a days most of users are using IOS device please short it out
Well there is an option available to set the poster in the shortcode :

Ok, here's the issue that you're facing :
a. The uploaded video is huge of the order of 1.98 gb, so it can not be loaded in a single http request. https://prnt.sc/l7be8r
b. So the iOs Browser loads the resource (video) via byte ranges which the Amazon S3 server does not understand and hence give this error : https://prnt.sc/l7becd
Fix :
a. Use cloudfront for serving Amazon S3 request : https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/cloudfront-https-requests-s3/ , you will need to re-configure the Amazon S3 end point in WPLMS S3 settings.
b. Use third party service for Vimeo or Wistia which i would recommend for hosting such large videos. These services come with Domain lock feature so your videos can not be played outside your site. If you're going for this, let me know if you want a refund or swap license for
VideoVibe plugin.
