Welcome emails not sending issue

Greetings, I have activated the welcome emails sending check box on LMS>settings>emails. Already migrated all emails to buddypress as recommended, already added this line in wplms customizer... With no success add_filter( 'bp_email_use_wp_mail', '__return_true' ); and already set the welcome email in regiter forms. that is the only email that is not sending, the other ones are ok.

hi Please check, a welcome email is enabled or not? Go to wp-admin-> LMS -> settings -> email options -> Enable welcome email and enable it. And You will also get a message to migrate all BuddyPress emails. please migrate all emails if not migrated. then the email will start going. if not then please refer to this tip to get it : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/migrate-all-the-wplms-emails-to-buddypress-again/

Greetings, as I already said in the first part. I already did all the processes. I already migrated all the mails to buddypress, I already enabled the welcome email in options, and nothing happened, I'm not getting welcome emails, but the rest of my emails are sending, Please read the description of the topic. Thanks

hi @yoandypv, please make sure you have enable some settings: goto wp-admin -> lms – > settings -> emails -> email options -> edit activation email template -> check if there is any template there . please make sure you have enable touch points in lms setting and also enable the welcome email setting in registration form. Please check if you have setup any activation emails in Buddypress emails from wp-admin >> emails .
