When Students change password

My students have issues when they change their password in their dashboard. After logout, when they want to login again, the system show the message that The user already exists and they can not enter. How can I solve it? Hello, I checked this on our test site and it is working fine. Please try after deactivating your all third party plugins and activate plugins one by one and check this issue after activating each plugin. If you still face this problem then please share  valid admin credentials with us, so that we can replicate this issue. PS : Mark the reply as private while sharing your credentials.

Hello, I replicated this issue on your site. This is due to you have enabled "Enable one session per user " LMS setting. After enable this setting if user changes password then he/she can not login till 30 minutes.Please uncheck this setting.
