woocommerce order cancellation

Hi, Every time we get an order through woocommerce this order gets cancelled, regardless of whether the payment has gone through or not. I have add manually the student to course, then the order gets cancelled and the student deleted from the course. And I again manually add the student. Please help how to solve this issue. The issue lies between the payment gateway and the woocommerce, the wplms theme do not interfere in this process. Theme only checks if the order is complete then the user gets the access of the course. So try contacting the payment gateway or woocommerce for this and check the settings of your payment gateway.
