WordPress customize save settings is not working after installing wplms.

However on live site we try changing settings from appearance customize, it does get saved and throws error saying something went wrong. In console it shows some ajax error. Kindly provide pointers as it is very urgent. Its been more than 4 days we have sent email to your support team mentioning admin login and site url.</span>

it seems to be a server related issue as it is very inconsistent.

Ok there is some php error appearing in your website . Can you please share your server php error log or cpanel credentials in private reply in order to check this. Secondly please also try to switch your php version from 5.6 to 7.2 or 7.3 (contact webshot on this .)
