Our WP-Admin area is painfully slow since a couple of days. Relic Monitoring reveals lots of external content loading and wp-cron jobs. And slowest components coming from wplms.io
Plugin Updates page has been slow for a while.

Can you please take a look at this? Nothing has changed on our end. Luckily front end is still working as expected.
We have Kinsta dedicated hosting. PhP 7.4
Running the latest 3.9.9 WPLMS. V4 upgrade not possible as lots of functionality /gamification breaks or is not supported.
Ok we checked your screenshots. Yes our updates hit is slow since we are validating the envato purchase code or user data from envato server then sending the response to your site .
But this runs on the updates pages or plugins pages .
But yes we have to improve this time .
Hey Alex,
our entire /wp-admin area is nearly unusable with such reaction times. We were used to the plugin updates pages to be slow but now even LMS sections or others like H5P have significantly slowed down in loading times.

Ok we checked that in wplms v4 we have only 1 plugin wplms plugin which checks for update .we have merged all these plugins into 1 in v4 .
Please try out this tip to reduce the load from our server: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/plugins-and-updates-page-not-loading-504-error-fix/
NOTE: that this will disable the updates .

No there is one cron which gets set each day to check the updates other than this we have unit available email schedule cron in case of drip feed courses and other one is course expiry email .
The code share in the above link should do the trick for you in decreasing the load time .
Is it possible to share the URL that get called in those crons? so we can let them run on the server?
