February 16, 2016 at 11:58 pm #29251swolfSpectatorHello, after the last update all of our back end page editing tools have disappeared. This includes: Page Builder, Visual Composer and even the basic WordPress Editor. It won't even let me change from text to visual. Also, all of the Vibe LMS Shortcodes that auto populate have disappeared as well. I've attached a screenshot of the backend editor for illustration. Most of these problems started occurring after the most recent update of Word Press. Thank you Shane GFebruary 17, 2016 at 1:55 pm #29494MrVibeKeymasterThis happens due to javascript error in page. a. Clear your browser cache. b. Make sure all the plugins and theme is updated to 2.0.6 version. c. Check if there are any javascript errors reported on page : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors Share relevant screenshots if any.February 22, 2016 at 10:57 pm #31097swolfSpectatorSo I followed some of the steps and brought up the console to view the issues. I had to toggle the Ajax a week or so ago due to our course giving an error when anyone tried to log into it. We obviously still need students to be able to view the course material. That fixed that issue, but now it seems it is interfering with the backend trying to build new content. On my first reply the buttons had completely disappeared, now they are there and it will not allow me to switch between "Visual" and "text". I just need to add in an embedded video and I'm set. Attached is a screenshot of the errors. EDIT* Forgot to add that this is happening in Firefox and Chrome. I've tried clearing the cache, and this is still the outcome. Thank you for your quick replies btw.February 23, 2016 at 11:57 am #31273Anshuman SahuKeymasterThis was an issue in the previous version of the wplms theme and we fixed this in the recent version . Please try disabling third party plugins for this and check the issue again . Please also confirm if you are using woocommerce plugin or not ?February 23, 2016 at 10:45 pm #31446swolfSpectatorI just went ahead and disabled the WooCommerce Plugin and everything went fine. I suppose I could deactivate it. Is there any fix to this issue. WooCommerce is how we take any sort of payment and can not be taken out. We have also got Woo Subscriptions installed, which could be causing the issue. Most of these issues started arising when we updated to 2.0.6February 24, 2016 at 3:20 pm #31744MrVibeKeymasterAre you still facing the issue with WooCommerce deactivated ? The main issue is that WooCommerce and WPLMS use the same script select2, but WPLMs uses select2 version 4.0 and woocommerce is using 3.xMay 4, 2016 at 12:17 pm #46453CrazyBoosterParticipantNot meaning to HI-Jack here but I am experiencing the same issue in ChromeMay 5, 2016 at 4:48 am #46538H.K.
