wplms 3.9.9

I have my site in 3.9.9 wplms. Currently I don't want to upgrade to 4.x version. When the latest version will be stable , then I will upgrade. Id there would be a problem If I upgrade later?

We are working 24 hours fixing the bugs and issues.   We are also adding support for our  premium addons for 4.0 . From our side the update is stable now but still dont know where and how the issues might be appearing and are reported by the users .
