Is this issue with safari ? If yes that is not an issue with chat plugin,try to deactivate chat plugin and check.

hi, it is an issue with the plugin because when I deactivate it everything is fine. the menu issue is related with the same problem. when the chat is enabled then on safari the profile looks weird and the top right menu doesn't work. can you please help us resolve the issue? safari is a very important browser, with a lot of users. thanks

The best way to understand the problem is to use safari and see for your self. user cannot login, the top right menu button is not clickable. Profile page looks not as it should, check it here https://prnt.sc/s7hw6d. And this happens when we enable chat.
The chat doesn't connect online users also. we are testing it and it doesn't work. can you please check?

Thanks for the color fix. When the chat is enabled from safari browser the user cannot login because the top right menu button doesn't work, the home page from full width becomes boxed and the profile page (I used /wp-admin on url to login) looks broken check here https://prnt.sc/sc1ake.
