WPLMS Chat conversation not loading

I set it up according to the following link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYlYBGfvHas&t=366s Google Cloud Platform and Firebase setup are all finished. And I updated to WPLMS Chat 1.1. Vibe Custom Types has also been updated to 3.6.0.1.   However, the conversation does not start. What should I do?

ok, there are 2 probably causes for this :

1. Token not generating, incorrect private key
2. Firebase rules incorrect. - permissions issue
