Hi WPLMS team, how do i buy the Live Chat Add-on? There is no option to buy on the add-ons tab and when i click the "Learn More" button it goes to an inactive link https://prnt.sc/160uqma https://prnt.sc/160usx8

please disregard, i was able to find the updated tutorial for this. however, when clicking on the sidebar that should have the "Chat" function, nothing happens. can you please help with this. see attached video - http://somup.com/cr1Y19qH05

Ok please share your site url and admin credentials to check the issue ,secondly please check if "email" signin method is enabled in your firebase -> console -> authentication -> sign in method .

Hi , I checked your firebase configuration found that your firebase project built on different region southeast asia . Try creating a new project on firebase and add its config there
