April 24, 2020 at 9:25 pm #254208AdamSpectatorHi support, I have now started over with my page for the fifth time. I've spent over 7 months trying to get my site up and running and it still doesn't work. I am having a huge cost spent on server space, speed, and on staff. And we still can not get the site up and run due to the CRAZY slow admin and page speed! But now I found out that the problem is the WPLMS theme. Because when I switch to another theme the site and admin are working fast. And all the add-ons are also not working with the theme. Can you please have a look. Regards AdamApril 25, 2020 at 1:21 pm #254378Anshuman SahuKeymasterPlease try quick fix : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/plugins-and-updates-page-not-loading-504-error-fix/April 26, 2020 at 11:36 am #254478AdamSpectatorThank you - but what is the point of closing for updates? Furthermore, it is not helping. Would you be able to have a look? I had to disable most of the plugin to even get the site to run under 20 sec. when I activate the plugins the site speed is between 20-40 sec :-O And the transformation between sites is around 10-15 sec. I have lost sooo many customers + I had to rebuild the site from the bottom a when I install all the other non wplms plugins on other themes there is no problem but when WPLMS theme is enabled then the page is more than 10 times as slow. Sorry I am really frustrated and tired of trying - that is why I now create a support ticket. You mention on ThemeForest that "WPLMS is an Enterprise grade Learning management system for WordPress. It is a complete system with “all” the features of any modern LMS." you are just missing to inform about the speed and how slow it is. Looking forward to getting some quality support from you.April 27, 2020 at 1:15 pm #254768Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell the issue is your hosting and so many images used on the home page . You page requests 6.2 mb of resources . http://prntscr.com/s6rn3m google page speed test also shows this : http://prntscr.com/s6ro39 cached css itself causing issues : http://prntscr.com/s6roye https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.hublearn.com%2F Are you on shared server ? We usually recommends VPS with 2GB ram alteast or wp engine hostingApril 27, 2020 at 7:59 pm #254828AdamSpectatorThank you for getting back. I am on this Bluehost scale-plan which I bought to get the fastest hosting https://www.bluehost.com/wordpress/managed-hosting Were are you mentioning that you recommend VPS with 2GB ram at least or wp engine hosting - because I can not find it in the sales text. And regarding the size it says on Gtmetrix 3.36 MB, but that is only the front page. My issue is the loading speed between the pages. https://gtmetrix.com/reports/hublearn.com/O5IhqzLU I also got the Jetpack Pro so I can host unlimited pictures and videos on their CDN. Am I interpreting you correctly that if I change to a VPS with 2GB ram my site will be lighting fast and that is the only way? So the current Bluehost scale plan is not working? Thank youApril 28, 2020 at 2:08 pm #255057Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell I guess that plan has this already please confirm your webhost . Confirm this with your webhost about server processor and ram . Also please follow this tip and check if there is some improvement appear ? : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/plugins-and-updates-page-not-loading-504-error-fix/
