WPLMS4 Login Problem

As I enabled the option, "Synchronize WP with VibleBP Login," the admin user (the first WP user created when WP was installed) successfully logged in to VibeBP right after he logged in to WordPress. However, other users cannot synchronize their WP logins with VibeBP logins (they need to go through VibeBP login manually). I wonder if I'm missing some settings to enable this synchronize option for normal users. Interestingly, the users who are given admin privilege won't have this synchronized option enabled either. I need your help.

hi just checked on your site and found that the settings are correct but the theme version is very old so please update the theme to the latest version(4.097) and the plugins: http://prntscr.com/10zvei0 and then check the same

Following your advice, I have updated both VibeBP and WPLMS to the latest versions (VibeBP Version 1.5.4, WPLMS Version 1.5.4.3). However, it is still the same i.e. WP login and VibeBP login are not synced. https://prnt.sc/1100116 Am I doing something wrong?

After we installed WPLMS Theme Version 4.097, it worked like a charm :-) Thank you for your help.

hi really good to know to reduce issues just make sure that you have updated to the latest version
