WPML in your site is not working correctly. Despite setting the site language cookie parameter, WPML is not setting site language cookie for your site.
In below screenshot you can see, left is a site working with WPML and on right is your site. The WPML should set a cookie in your site which is detected by ajax calls and the content filtered out correctly by language.

Please contact WPML support on why the language cookie is not setting in your site whereas it is being set in all other sites we have seen.
Please create a topic in WPML forums and share screenshot with them.
So, as experiment i added the cookie in your site and reload the page it works correctly.
Hence the overall issue is confirmed that WPML is not setting the cookie in your site from the top menu.
