WPML – Submenu Profile not translate even aplied reload nav

I Translated in chinese using subdirectories, "zh-hans/app" I translated the submenu strings but not works even aplied reload nav I install even Expired Transients plugins like you recomended in facebook http://prntscr.com/1sywpmh

that can be cache perform reload nav by switching language like first in default and perform reload nav then translated language and perform reload nav
