Hi greeting of the day i can login but cant access my dash board http://www.gotinfos.com/wp-admin/ You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. I spoke to my website host ppl. But they could not find out the problem. Thanks in advance

This is strange this error appears when a student or subscriber tries to access the the wp-admin . Make sure that you are login as admin or instructor if you want to access the wp-admin. Also please try deactivating the third party plugins in your site .

There is no such functionality or code that will restrict the admin to access the dashboard as of now in wplms  . this must be due to a third party plugin conflict or due to customization that you may have done in your site . Check following points in order to resolve this : Make sure that the theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version . Please try deactivating the third party plugins in your site . Please check the customization code that you have added causing this .

Please try creating a new admin account via phpmyadmin in your site and try logging in with this account . refer : http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-an-admin-user-to-the-wordpress-database-via-mysql/ If you logged in and is able to access the wp-admin then first please check the user role of the account that is getting  the error .

HI i can login but i could not access dashboard. Shall i give my credentials.

I didnot create or add any user till now only admin can access the dashboard that is me.

Okay please try deactivating the plugins by renaming the plugin folder names via ftp . refer : http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

Hello Alex, This is what we have tried:

• We have deactivated all plugins and one at a time
• We downgraded the site and upgrade the site
• Manually updated all the plugins
• Manually Updated The Theme
• Tried a fresh install and import across
• Tried an older back up.

None of the above worked as you can see we spent many many hours on it. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers Colin

 Hi Vibes greetings of the day I will provide my credentials can you ppl check whats the problem exactly.. I could not update pages from 15 days.. i could not go to dashboard. I can login but dashboard shows error. "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. accessing admin" Fingers crossing... I hop u come back with answer Thank u Cvarams...

Hello, I am having the same issue Alex on the site I can no access the course and we have restored the site since the major crash because of the update however still no Dashboard access can i just pay you to fix asap. Cheers Colin
