Please check if you have the correct api key and username entered in your setup wp-admin -> wplms --> getting started . Please also check if the server is able to ping vibethemes.com(contact host ) . Please note here that wplms created call to check updates one time a day .But when you click on check again button system is force to check updates .So,please goto your wp-admin-> dashboards -> updates screen try clicking on that Check again button three to four times to get the update . Check if any plugin which can block updates or any code that you might have added .Well now we cannot include any addon plugin of eventon or any third party plugins due to change in terms and conditions . Eventon dailyview is the only exception coz we have included it a log ago . You have to buy that addon separately .Well the origin of the error is same and this had been added in the issue log will be fixed in the next update . Thanks again for pointing this .Whenever a new post type and taxonomy is added in wordpress permalinks needs to be resaved . Note that Co-author plugin is used to add more than one instructor in wplms . We are just fecthing the posts by a simple wordpress query and are not including the Co-authors updated value of the posts count of that user . So this is an issue as of now will be fixed in the next update of wplms . for the intructing courses issue : I guess that may appeared due to different user roles assigned to the user . and it may have overwrite the capabilities of a instructor . So for that simply remove that featured image and then again upload that image in bigger size in media library then set this image as featured image . refer : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDioIxizwUYes in wplms with pmpro no courses is added to my courses initially as soon as user purchased a membership coz he is not subscribed to the courses connected to that membership . User gets subscribed to course when he actually opens up that course home page and course added to my courses when she clicks on start course button as a membership can be connected to any number of courses and also user can select to in which course she is interested . Also adding user on purchase of membership can take huge amount server resources which can crash the site as there are many queries that run when the user added to a course .Well the course will get expire but the course button will show "Course Expired : Click to renew" .When the user clicks on the course button and still her membership is not expired then she will be subscribed to the course again with all the progress and data remain same . In short after 5 days she will renew her course if the membership is not expired with one click .
