MrVibeKeymasterStragely, there is no language folder in the theme : http://100skills.com/wp-content/themes/wplms/languages/ nor in plugins : http://100skills.com/wp-content/plugins/vibe-course-module/languages/ By default the language folder exists : http://vibethemes.com/envato/wplms/skins/default//wp-content/themes/wplms/languages/ and http://vibethemes.com/envato/wplms//wp-content/plugins/vibe-course-module/languages/ If you've removed these folders, you'll need to create this folder in the theme and plugins manually so that the translations can apply. After this Codestyling localisation plugin should work fine. Unfortunately we do not have thai translations as of now. So you'll need to translate the site. Please refer this tutorial for translation : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translate-using-codestyling-localization-plugin/MrVibeKeymasterMoving to How to/trouble-shoot forum. p.s: please do not create topics in issue log.MrVibeKeymasterCreate a private group and attach a private forum to this group. This forum can only be accessed by members of this group.MrVibeKeymasterThe update was released yesterday, which only has the updated Visual Composer. We are currently on version 1.9.8. Seems like some confusion. Can you please share the text of the email received. Also make sure to mark it as private reply so that it can only be seen by support team.MrVibeKeymasterOk, please clarify the issue. Is the iframe not appearing ? Or the statements not being recorded ?MrVibeKeymasterThe shortcode is incorrect. [question id="2644"]MrVibeKeymasterThe emails is not dependent upon WPLMS, WPLMS uses wp_mail (wordpress mail) function for sending emails. Activation emails are sent by BuddyPress. It is mostly a server related issue. Following pointers will help you in resolving this : a. Try contacting your web-host. b. Ask your customer to check the spam section as well. c. Try installing WP Mandrill plugin, it provides an external SMTP server for all your emails, upto 2000 emails free/month. If the issue gets resolved with this, it confirms that the issue lies in your server. Quick fix : All the users registering in your site go into pending submissions area. Located in WP Admin - Users - Pending submissions, you can re-send the activation email to them to directly activate the user from there.MrVibeKeymasterThis is a myCred feature. refer tutorial : http://mycred.me/tutorial/awarding-points-for-users-who-share-a-post/MrVibeKeymasterThe Student can view the certificate from the profile or Profile - Course - Stats section. If you're using Certificate codes and you know the code, then you can simply use the certificate code and check the certificate widget. https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/certificate-code-validator-widget/ you can use this plugin as well to get all the certificate codes from WP Admin area : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-certificate-codes-plugin/MrVibeKeymasterI logged into your site and removed the content again. Please check the previous reply. Try deactivating third party plugins one by one to find the conflict and resolve this.MrVibeKeymasterUnfortunately this can not be controlled by us. The landscape/portrait mode on printer dialog is a feature of the printer settings , not the document (HTML/PDF) and is controlled by the program that calls the printer, such as the web browser. While printing set this setting in your browser : Example :MrVibeKeymasterPlease share the site url as well.MrVibeKeymasterOk, this is valid point. Refer this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/show-multiple-pricing-for-course-via-woocommerce/MrVibeKeymasterOk thanks for checking the local storage. When the user clicks submit, the answers are sent to the ajax call and the localstorage is cleared. Please share the WP Admin credentials in the ticket. p.s : Comment date usually do not matter because for questions we keep 1 comment per user to avoid any confusion/issues.MrVibeKeymasterrefer screenshot :
