I purchased the plugin, installed, linked the key on the add-ons section. No where on the backend or front end can I see any fields related to batcheds. Please help.

goto wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> components -> enable "groups" component :

it says 4 seats available out of which one is already occupied by the group admin who ordered this group . We do increment the seats value by one coz there is one member in group (group admin ) is made a member of group to manage that group . Reaming seats are 3(actual seats)+ 1(increment by us) - 1(decremented as group admin becomes member ) = 3 (final calculated seats)   So there are 3 seats which user purchased initially .

Hi Alex, Ok. I understand your analysis on the seats. However, the admin (corporate buyer) still has the capability to edit the # of seats as per this screenshot... https://prnt.sc/lf1w27. when the batch is purchased, the seats should be locked. I have checked for admin and student roles. I've used loco translate, so please disregard the section title variances. Batch seats should only be modified when it is setup outside of Buy Batch feature. So.. these questions remain...

1. Prevent the batch creator from changing the seat numbers? https://prnt.sc/leq2yv
2. Register students without accounts? Must they have a user account? https://prnt.sc/leq3ob
3. CSV file not downloading
4. When setting the group status to Hidden, it does not show on the course batch page as desired, but it also does not show in the members Groups page. It needs to appear in the group page but not course page for the member/admin.

1. To debug this please share your buy batch page url , as well as your valid ftp credentials to debug this

 

1. note that adding students is a ad hoc function with this group admin can add as many members as he can to his batch . There is no seat check in it.

3. for that please add this custom css in your wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> custom css  :

li.hidden.is-admin.is-member.group-has-avatar {  display: block !important;} batch not showing on course page even to members of it: this issue has been fixed share your valid ftp credentials to fix it at your end too .

1. Could not replicate the issue when  purcahsed batch as a student user :

1. Well we are using a core buddypress function to make user join the group this should trigger the email .

Will update the plugin to trigger the email

Well Im sorry I was not able to access your ftps coz i could not download the key  : http://prntscr.com/lhe2ji I have requested the access to the file , my email id is : [email protected] .   Okay to simply show the hidden group in user's profile -> groups please add this custom css in your wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> custom css  :

Hi. Here is my update...  

1. Prevent the batch creator from changing the seat numbers? https://prnt.sc/leq2yv. I verified the issue is not present for students and that it was only admin able to alter the the seat #. Issue closed.
2. Register students without accounts? Must they have a user account? https://prnt.sc/leq3ob. Issue Open. Cannot get an email sent from import.
3. CSV file not downloading. Issue closed.
