    8. NOW VIA FTP OR CPANEL

    Go to wp-admin/languages/plugins/ folder

Copy buddypress-xx_XX.po and buddypress-XX_XX.mo files there.

    but the screenshot it’s wp-content>languages>plugins

And I tried checking both folders and cannot find the languages folder.

I am simply wanting to change the word “course” throughout the website to the word “module” – is there possibly a simpler way to achieve this? With a few unhooked and replaced bits of code in a child theme. I do not need different languages.

    Thanks, Niki

I muddled through the instructions and I think I’ve got it! Thanks… Are most of the langauge changes in the plugin vibe course module? Will any of these changes be overwritten at any point during updates?

      1. Yes, but use the global translation path wp-content/languages/plugins/vibe-XX_XX.po/mo , to avoid updates overwriting your changes.
