    My staging site is at Theme Version 4.095.1 My main site is at Theme Version 4.080 Both sites do not prompt for any updates to the Theme. I still do not see any theme update option in either the main or the staging site.I have the credentials in the WPLMS -> Getting Started (https://prntscr.com/w83hia) Please advise how to ensure the update to the latest version?

    Well we are having dDOs attacks on our server due to which we have to enable Cloudflare to block the requests , this also blocks the update requests as well which is why the updates are not coming up . You can try updating using this method : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/
